1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Evergreen Studio's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Evergreen Studio provides:

• Holiday decoration services designed for urban spaces
• Virtual design consultations
• Installation guidance and support
• Storage solutions and recommendations
• Building-wide decoration programs

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with building regulations and lease agreements
• Maintain decorations responsibly during the season
• Follow installation instructions provided
• Notify us of any issues promptly

4. Service Terms

Services are subject to availability. Consultations are provided at no charge. Decoration packages include items as specified in the service description. Custom selections may affect pricing. Delivery schedules are coordinated based on availability and building requirements.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required upon confirmation of service. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfer. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Building-wide services may have customized payment schedules.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before scheduled delivery receive full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to 25% administrative fee. Orders in transit or already installed are non-refundable. Building-wide contracts have separate cancellation terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Evergreen Studio is not liable for: damage caused by improper installation, issues resulting from building structural problems, conflicts with building management or property owners, acts of nature or force majeure events. Our total liability is limited to the service fees paid.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, designs, and logos, remains the property of Evergreen Studio. Users are granted limited license for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario. Users agree to the jurisdiction of these courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
